Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to pf.holistichealthnutritionist.com, the official digital platform owned and operated by
Amandeep Kakkar. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions
outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Payment and Charges

When you choose to enroll , you will receive:
• One-on-one consultation(one time)
• Five informative eBooks
• Access to any relevant resources and services as mentioned at the time of purchase
All payments must be made in advance as per the amount displayed at our payment gateway. The
pricing is transparently listed for each offering.
Subscription Payment:
Once the payment is successfully processed, a confirmation will be sent to you, along with access to
your consultation schedule and the eBooks.
Part-Payment Option:
We understand that upfront payments may not always be convenient. To support this, we offer a
flexible part-payment plan if you wanna join our coaching program. Details about the schedule
and terms of payment will be shared and agreed upon during the onboarding process.

2. Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver maximum value and satisfaction through our services. However, under
specific circumstances, a refund may be considered—subject to the discretion of
pf.holistichealthnutritionist.com.

Eligibility for Full Refund:
A full refund is applicable only if we are unable to help you or provide the promised
consultation and resources.
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days of joining or receiving access to the
offering.

Termination Based on Client Conduct:
In cases where the agreement is terminated due to inappropriate conduct or non-cooperation from
the client, we reserve the right to deny the refund after internal review.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you are dissatisfied with our service and believe you’re eligible for a refund, please follow these
steps:

Draft a detailed email explaining the reason for your refund request. Clear and honest
communication will help us process your request faster.

• Response & Resolution Timeline:
Once we receive your request, we will review it thoroughly. If approved, the refund will be
processed within 30 to 90 days from the date of acknowledgment.

4. Important Notes
• Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.
• Partial refunds, if any, are subject to deductions for resources already provided (eBooks,
partial consultation, etc.).

• This policy does not cover dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, lack of time
commitment, or unmet subjective expectations without valid grounds.
